Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days from payment confirmation date.

Customers may choose shipping method - ground / home delivery / second day / priority or express – according to their preferences.

All shipments are insured and require delivery confirmation. Please note, according to FedEx and USPS requirements, packages delivered must be signed by individuals 18 years old and up.

We ship to the following international destinations only if payment is made via a verified PayPal account with confirmed address: Canada, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, Belgium, Russia, Israel, Australia and New Zealand.  

1. The merchandise is in good, working condition.

2. The merchandise includes all accessories, adapters, manuals and original packaging. 

3. The product is damage free including but not limited to scratches, water damages, tearing, etc.

No refunds will be made for items damaged in shipping.  In such cases, customers may file a claim with the shipping carrier as all shipments are fully insured.

Refunds will be made in the same method as purchase made.

All packages sent to Phenom must be fully insured. 

Please call us prior to shipping your return in order to receive an RMA #. Please make sure to include your RMA # with the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks from the date the product is received in our warehouses. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We do not refund or cover shipping costs. Shipping costs, if any, will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Gift certificates and / or Warranty and insurance plans are non refundable.
